Over the last 10+ years, I’ve supported thousands of people through my private coaching practice and live courses. I’ve successfully helped a diverse range of folks on the brink of divorce to those simply looking to strengthen their partnerships.
In addition to my coaching and counseling experience, this course draws on principles learned in my Master’s in Psychology, certificate in complex trauma practice, and robust education in sex and relationships from the Gottman Institute and the Couples Institute — not to mention my own experience working on my 11 year relationship and raising children.
I created Babyproofing Your Relationship because I’ve seen how easy it is for clients, friends and family, and myself and my wife to struggle through those early parenthood years. This is the course we needed, but it didn’t exist. I believe everyone deserves access to the practices and principles that we need to be fundamentally prepared for this new stage of life.
Aaron's enthusiasm left us energized and much more confident in our ability to show up and do what it takes to make our relationship better.

If this whole world of online courses has left you skeptical, I get it. I hate the direction the personal growth industry has gone, charging massive prices for low-quality content. My goal for this course is for it to be more impactful, better constructed, more beautiful and digestible, in addition to being more affordable than other coaching courses on the market.
Babyproofing Your Relationship contains the best principles and practices I have for couples in the new parenthood stage. These tools have helped thousands of my clients and students get more connected and satisfied, and they are the same ones that my wife and I use every day.
However, helping people isn’t just an empty concept for me — I genuinely want to support you in having a truly fulfilling relationship. That’s why you’ll get 30 days to complete the videos and exercises, implement the tools, and see for yourself. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you can receive a full refund.
Our daughter is now 20 months and we recently revisited the course and the material resonated so deeply and was totally helpful in new ways.

The course is essential preparation for having kids, because you can identify the pitfalls as they come and use best practices in real time. However, if you already have kids and are struggling, you’ll have the benefit of knowing the common issues firsthand and be able to unpack them using the tools. Either way, you’ll benefit from lifetime access to revisit the content at any time, as you need it. We’ve had many folks say that they took it when pregnant and a year or so in and had valuable experiences both times in completely different ways.
Many people have taken the course on their own and reported that it was highly transformative, allowing them to make immediate and effective changes in their relationship. However, the course is designed to be done with your partner for the greatest impact. There are prompts for sharing and discussion, and having a shared understanding and language for issues and tools creates the most supportive environment for connection.
YES. The principles and tools taught in this course have been tested and refined in countless counseling sessions, live workshops, and in real time — they are the best foundational practices in couples coaching that can be applied to any relationship, with a focus on the most commonly reported issues by new parents. Every relationship is unique, but relationship dynamics overlap a lot and the right understanding and practices can you a lot of the way to what you want.
Absolutely. First of all, it’s great to work on your relationship when things are good because there isn’t any built up resentment to get in the way of connecting more deeply. Second, it can feel like we fall out of love all at once, but this is never really the case. Relationships, especially coparenting ones, go south in thousands of tiny moments of tension. When you can understand and predict those moments of tension, you can intervene with the right tools, work through them, and connect further. That's why it's so important to take this course as preparation for what's to come.
I’m not taking on more 1:1 or 1:2 clients at this time. However, if you enroll in this course with a monthly membership, you’ll get access to the weekly office hours video podcast where you can submit questions to me and expert guests. I would love to support you and your journey further in that way.
Once you enroll, you'll receive a welcome email with your login to your course materials. In the course portal, you'll have access to all your videos and resources and, if you've also purchased the office hours add on, there will be instructions for submitting questions to office hours and accessing the responses.
Having a kid is usually one of the most hopeful and joyful experiences of our lives. The first few months are euphoric with an increase in relationship satisfaction.
Then the dust settles, and all of our previous romantic issues come back worse than before, with new ones arising from the strain. We find ourselves struggling, resentful, and unsure how to fix it. Worst of all, we now know that our child's healthy development is highly dependent on the quality of the parent's relationship and the home environment we create for our kids.
Unfortunately, we have a relationship epidemic on our hands. Bad relationships, betrayals, splitting up: these are the norm. But I’ve noticed that our generation wants to do things differently and not get stuck in the same traps that previous generations did.
I truly believe that the Babyproofing Your Relationship course is the best tool to help couples prepare comprehensively for the new parenthood stage so you can overcome those pitfalls that so many others have fallen victim to — and to come out of this challenging period much stronger.
As a professional relationship coach, I encourage to go through this curriculum so you can really understand what’s in front of you and tackle it with the skill and care that you, your relationship, and your family deserves.
